Managed Service Agreements

Expert Salesforce support that's tailored to suit you

With our managed service agreement we are able to help your enterprise by dedicating a set number of hours per month working on your Salesforce application. This is ideal for SME businesses and not-for-profit organisations that use Salesforce and don't necessarily have the expertise or available resources in-house to be able to get the most out of the platform.

Typically the type of work delivered with our managed service agreements include:

  • General Salesforce administration: Workflow and process builder implementation, user management, data management, reporting and dashboard creations, security analysis and updates, Strategic guidance and Platform enhancements.
  • Strategic Guidance: Assisting with the planning and management of project backlogs, reviewing changes in the Salesforce ecosystem, general consulting for Salesforce and other technology platforms, Small-Scale Enhancement Projects (note: larger-scale projects are typically scoped separately and estimated for a time-and-materials or fixed-bid implementation)

Our flexible packages enable you to rely on our Salesforce certified consultants to help you configure, troubleshoot and add functionality to your existing Salesforce implementation. To make it easy for you to decide which type of support would be most suited to your business we offer three standard packages:

  • 4 hours of dedicated support per month
  • 8 hours of dedicated support per month
  • 16 hours of dedicated support per month

All our managed service packages offer the same level of support and guaranteed access to our expertise, the only difference being the number of hours included in each.

Service packages are available to purchase in a 6 or 12 month contract. How and when your organisation uses those hours during the contract period is up to you and if at anytime you find that you need more support hours, additional hours can be purchased.
